Tall growing annual plant, native to Europe and western Asia. Small white and yellow daisy like flowers in summer are the preferred chamomile used for medicinal teas. The slender, ferny foliage has the fragrance of apples. It will bloom late spring through summer - the more you harvest the flowers, the longer you will prolong bloom.

 

Plant grows to 2 1/2 feet, in full sun and poor garden soil.
