Also known as Spanish Thyme, Indian Mint. Fragrant succulent leaves, smells like a strong mint/oregano. Considered culinary in Cuban cuisine, but its flavor is very strong and should be used sparingly. Excellent as a house plant, it needs protection in the winter except in mildest climates, or treat as annual. White flowers, semi-trailing habit. Grows to 1 ft tall. Afternoon shade in hot, dry climates.
