Salvia fruticosa is a beautiful evergreen shrub, growing to 3 feet. It is native to the eastern Mediterranean. The fragrant foliage is a beautiful silvery white, topped with an almost pure white flower in the spring. Foliage has medicinal and culinary uses, and also as an important nectar and pollen plant.
